Garbage Collection

Residential garbage pickup is contracted by the Panola County Solid Waste Department. Every residential household receives garbage and trash pickup once per week.

Residents experiencing problems with garbage collection may contact the Utility Department (662) 563-4576 Option 1 or the Panola County Solid Waste Department (662) 563-6200.

Limbs and bagged leaves are picked up weekly as long as they are less than 4 feet in length and 4 inches in diameter. In order for your limbs or leaves to be picked up you must call (662) 563-4576 Option 8.
